Rooftex V is a non-woven geotextile made of 100% polyester fibers, mechanically needle-punched followed by thermal treatment and calendering, used as a separating, filtering, draining, and protective layer in construction.

Advantages
• Made with 100% pre-consumer recycled PET fibres, longitudinally and diametrically calibrated and crimped.
• Reinforcement: provides resistance to puncturing of the waterproofing membrane.
• Filtration and Drainage: good water permeability, allows water to pass through for conduction, retaining fine soil particles.
• Separation: prevents mixing of different soil particles. Prevents contact between incompatible materials. Acts as a permeable barrier between materials with different structures.
• Biological resistance: not affected by bacteria or fungi. Contains no nutrients, so it is not attacked by rodents or termites.
